The TechShop’s Summer Showcase celebrates the first year anniversary of the Saint Louis branch of the national organization and aims to present the hard work and dedication from the members who participated in the Summer of Making program.
“We will have laser-cut topographical maps, cosplay costumes, lawn Roombas, 3-D printed jewelry and many other handcrafted products made by our participating members,” says Mike Hill, General Manager of TechShop.
Tours and demonstrations of TechShop machines and equipment will be available to all who attend, and various members will present.
A playground for creativity, TechShop is an open-access, DIY workshop and fabrication studio. We are a community-based space where entrepreneurs, artists, makers, teachers, and students come together to learn and work together.
