23 City Blocks Hospitality Group announced that it will hold open interviews on Monday, September 24 for a new concept restaurant opening late fall in St. Louis’ Cortex District inside Venture Café’s Innovation Hall. The Chocolate Pig will offer a variety of casual dining experiences, showcasing moderately priced dishes based on the namesake. The culinary mission includes using nose-to-tail cooking methods, sustainability and fine chocolate elements threaded throughout each menu level. To make applying even easier, The Chocolate Pig launched a careers section on the website which allows job-seekers to download the application ahead of time to guarantee an interview.
