This Thanksgiving, treat family and friends to a bountiful buffet that celebrates the autumn harvest with locally sourced produce from nearby farms in the Missouri and Illinois region. Banquet Chef Mhammed Bachar and the culinary team at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis are preparing offerings with a twist on traditional favorites that are guaranteed to gobble up this holiday season. 

The 6th floor ballroom will welcome guests with live music, traditional brunch favorites, bottomless Mimosas and action stations that include the following menu highlights: 

  • Entree stations: Roasted sage butter turkey with giblet gravy; salmon en croute with fresh dill sauce; shaved brussels sprouts salad with apples and pomegranates; ginger miso acorn squash with roasted pistachios; housemade chorizo cornbread stuffing; cinnamon sweet potato puree with toasted marshmallows; and a carving station with locally roasted Kaldi’s coffee-rubbed prime rib and oven-baked ham with sweet chili pineapple glaze.
  • Seafood display: Oysters, prawns on ice, smoked sockeye salmon, crab cakes, and charred big eye tuna.
  • Dessert station: Poached pear cardamom cakes; fig and mascarpone tarts; bourbon spice crème brûlée; caramel apple upside down cake; apple cider panna cotta; cran-orange cheesecake; cinnamon sugar pumpkin donuts and more. The buffet also includes a charcuterie station, soup and salad station, and a kids’ corner.

The Thanksgiving Day brunch buffet is available on Thursday, November 28, 2019 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. Pricing is USD 95 per person, USD 39 for children aged 5 to 12 and free for children aged 4 and under. Reservations can be made online or by calling 314 881 5759.
