This family event features music by the Fabulous Motown Revue, the Creek Rocks, the Scandaleros, Al Holliday and the East Side Rhythm Band, Falling Fences and the Jeremiah Johnson Band.

Shakespeare in the Streets 2017: Blow, Winds
St. Louis Public Library
This adaptation of Shakespeare’s King Lear begins at 8 p.m. nightly with pre-show activities, beer sales and food trucks beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Great Forest Park Balloon Glow
Noon at Forest Park
The oldest and most well-attended free hot air balloon event in the world celebrates its 45th year.

Serendipity’s Spirited Shakes Competition
5 p.m. at Serendipity Homemade Ice Cream
You get to be the judge as six mixologists create shakes crafted with local flavors and spirits.

HOP in the City 2017
Noon at Schlafly Tap Room
HOP showcases Schlafly’s passion for 40 styles of beer and 6 specialty tappings.

Science Uncorked
7 p.m. at Saint Louis Science Center

8th Annual St. Louis Garlic Fest
Noon at Carondelet Park Boathouse
